I was only able to play this game with a Japanese copy of Windows XP via Oracle VM VirtualBox. Using an English copy of Windows XP with the System Locale set to Japan didn't work. Others have had success without a VM.

UPDATE (December 12, 2023): Download links have been updated. The in-game music was broken but it's fixed now. Thank you to Zakamutt for the fix, and thank you to strawbgreen, Malleus and Nagomikaze in the Perdition Discord server for helping me troubleshoot.
